Here’s a sumptuous recipe for cooking the all‐time favorite Beef T‐Bone Steaks. T‐Bone Steaks are two
steaks in one ‐ on one side is a strip loin or New York strip and on the other side is tenderloin. Your steak
should be red rich in color and nicely marked.
Ingredients:
1.5 inch thick Beef T-bone steaks
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
BBQ directly over 400‐500 Degrees Fahrenheit hot coals for 3‐5 minutes each side for rare steaks. Make
sure that you sear each side of the steak well to lock in the juices.
Place them opposite the hot coals and cover the grill to achieve the desired cooking.
Take them off the grill and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
