Easy to Prepare Sausage and Mash is a simple recipe with ingredients that can be adjusted depending on one’s taste. You can use fresh peas and carrots, or re‐hydrated vegetables. If you’re not fond of milky or creamy dishes, you can also reduce the amount of milk. The Parmesan and garlic powder are also optional.


Sausage or Spanish chorizo
Peas and carrots
2 cups Instant potatoes
1 cup Instant dry milk
1/4 cup Parmesan
4 cups of Water
1 tsp Garlic

Put sausage and vegetables in the pan first. Add a bit of water to cook the vegetables. Cook for 10
minutes or until tender. Remove from heat.

For the 2 cups of potato flakes, you would need 1 and 1/2 liters of water. Let it simmer then add another
4 cups of water if you want your potatoes to have a smoother texture.

Put the mixture of 2 cups instant potatoes and 1 cup instant dry milk into the boiling water.

Add the vegetables (peas and carrots). Let it thicken and serve.
