Irresistible Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

When preparing this simple and tasty Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans recipe, it is best to spray a bit of oil on the foil before putting the ingredients. This way, the food will not stick on the foil and you would be able to enjoy every bit of it.

You should also slice the ingredients in bite sizes so you can easily eat it without needing to cut some of
the pieces.


3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
1/2 pound red potatoes, quartered
1 large onion, sliced
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1‐inch pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon butter
1/3 cup water

Preheat the grill, set it on a high heat.

Cut a large sheet of foil and place the sausage, red potatoes, green beans, and onion. Season it with salt
and pepper and spray it with a bit of oil, and top with butter. Tightly seal the foil leaving only a small
opening. Pour water into the opening and seal it.

Place the sealed foil on the preheated grill. Cook it for 20 to 30 minutes, turn it once, until the sausage
turns brown and the vegetables are tender.
