Breakfast Burritos Camping Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Tortillas
4 Eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup Shredded cheese
1/2 cup cubed Potatoes
1/4 cup Green chili
Dash of hot sauce
4 strips of Bacon or Sausage
Directions:
- Combine the ingredients at home.
- Spoon the mixture and place in the center of tortilla and roll it up.
- Wrap each burrito in foil.
- Store in the refrigerator or bring along in the cooler until ready to cook.
- Cook the burritos fo a little over half an hour in the Dutch oven.
