There are many ways to cook hot dogs ‐ you can fry them, grill them, steam them, etc. What’s your
favorite way of preparing it?
How about cooking it inside a milk carton? Yes, really. This process is great in the outdoors and will give
you a deliciously cooked hot dog sandwich every time.
Here’s what you need:
Hot dog
Hot dog bun
Empty milk carton
Newspaper
Tin foil
Lighter or Match
Condiments for hot dog
Directions:
Open the bun and insert the hot dog.
Cut a piece of foil that will be used to wrap the hot dog on a bun.
After wrapping it, put it inside the milk carton.
Get the newspaper, tear and crumple it.
Use the newspaper to fill the spaces inside the milk carton.
Once you have packed the milk carton with newspaper, find a safe cooking spot to place the carton.
Light the carton and the newspaper, and let it sit until everything is burned.
Take the hot dog sandwich in the tin foil, top it with your favorite condiment and it’s ready.
